Power to remove Trustees. No Person shall exercise his or her power to remove a Trustee of any Trust because of such Trustee's exercise or failure to exercise a power which, if held by the Person exercising the removal power, would result in any portion of the Trust Fund of such Trust being included in such Person's gross estate for federal estate tax purposes.
Power to remove Trustees. The Grantor shall have the right to remove any Trustee from office hereunder, such removal to be effective upon receipt by such Trustee of written notice of removal from Grantor.
