Power to remove and replace Directors. Each Appointor may, by Notice in writing to the Trustee, remove and replace, from time to time, the persons appointed by it as a Director or Chairman. Except in cases of emergency, at least 5 Business Days’ Notice shall be given to the other Parties of any proposed appointment of a Director.
