POWER TO MAKE CALLS ON MEMBERS OF THE SECURITY OBLIGORS. A Receiver may make calls conditionally or unconditionally on the members of the Security Obligors in respect of the uncalled capital with such and the same powers for that purpose, and for the purpose of enforcing payments of any calls so made, as are conferred by the Articles of Association of the Security Obligor on its directors in respect of calls authorised to be made by them.

  • CONCERNING MARGIN ACCOUNTS, SENIOR SECURITY ACCOUNTS, AND COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS 1. The Custodian shall, from time to time, make such deposits to, or withdrawals from, a Senior Security Account as specified in a Certificate received by the Custodian. Such Certificate shall specify the Series for which such deposit or withdrawal is to be made and the amount of cash and/or the amount and kind of Securities specifically allocated to such Series to be deposited in, or withdrawn from, such Senior Security Account for such Series. In the event that the Fund fails to specify in a Certificate the Series, the name of the issuer, the title and the number of shares or the principal amount of any particular Securities to be deposited by the Custodian into, or withdrawn from, a Senior Securities Account, the Custodian shall be under no obligation to make any such deposit or withdrawal and shall so notify the Fund.

  • No Waivers of Rights of Senior Secured Parties Nothing contained herein shall, except as expressly provided herein, prohibit or in any way limit any Senior Representative or any other Senior Secured Party from objecting in any Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding or otherwise to any action taken by any Second Priority Debt Party, including the seeking by any Second Priority Debt Party of adequate protection or the asserting by any Second Priority Debt Party of any of its rights and remedies under the Second Priority Debt Documents or otherwise.
