Power to Execute Contract Sample Clauses

Power to Execute Contract. Each individual executing this Contract, on behalf of one of the parties, represents that he or she is duly authorized to sign and deliver the agreement on behalf of such party and that this agreement is binding on such party in accordance with its terms. This Contract may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
