Power to Act for the Company. The Authorized Officers may execute instruments, contracts, agreements and other documents to which the Company (on its own behalf or on behalf of or with respect to a Series) or a Series is a party and any document to be delivered in connection with, or pursuant to, this Agreement (other than actions required to be taken by the Administrator, the Titling Company Registrar or the Member pursuant to this Agreement).
