Power Purchase Certificate. The Authority shall not be required to sell any Xxxxxx A Capacity and Xxxxxx A Energy to the Customer unless the Customer holds a power purchase certificate issued by the Authority pursuant to Article 3, Title 30 of the Arizona Revised Statutes. The Customer must maintain the certificate and comply with its requirements in order to continue purchasing Xxxxxx A Capacity and Xxxxxx A Energy from the Authority.
