POWER CONNECTION Sample Clauses

The Power Connection clause defines the responsibilities and requirements for providing electrical power to equipment or premises under a contract. Typically, it specifies who is responsible for arranging and paying for the connection to the power supply, the standards or specifications the connection must meet, and any necessary approvals or inspections. This clause ensures that there is no ambiguity regarding how and by whom power will be supplied, thereby preventing disputes and delays related to electrical infrastructure during the execution of the contract.
