Potlatch Sample Clauses

Potlatch. “Potlatch” means Potlatch Corporation, a Delaware corporation. In all such instances in which Potlatch is referred to in this Agreement, it shall also be deemed to include a reference to each member of the Potlatch Group, unless the context specifically requires otherwise; Potlatch shall be solely responsible to Clearwater for ensuring that each member of the Potlatch Group complies with the applicable terms of this Agreement.
