Potential Spill Conditions. During a Potential Spill Period the following subparagraphs 9(i)(2)(A) and 9(i)(2)(B) shall apply, except as to energy stored during any such Potential Spill Period. Such energy shall not be returned under subparagraph 9(i)(2)(A) below even if the spill occurs after the notice period expires.
