POTENTIAL LACK OF LIQUIDITY Sample Clauses

POTENTIAL LACK OF LIQUIDITY. The Shareholders recognize that RMI has not been profitable since its inception and that an investment in the Securities involves a high degree of risk, including, but not limited to, the risk of loss of 100% of the Shareholders' investment in the Securities; and the Shareholders further recognize that trading in RMI's common stock has been inactive until only recently. There can be no assurance that an active market can or will be maintained for the trading of the Securities. The Shareholders may, therefore, find it difficult to dispose of the Securities.
