Potential Customer Sample Clauses
The "Potential Customer" clause defines who qualifies as a potential customer within the context of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines specific criteria or characteristics that an individual or entity must meet to be considered a potential customer, such as being within a certain industry, geographic area, or having expressed interest in the products or services offered. By clearly identifying what constitutes a potential customer, the clause helps prevent disputes over customer ownership, especially in agreements involving sales representatives, resellers, or referral partners.
