Consultant acknowledges that Board considers all information provided by it to Consultant and/or created by Consultant or any Subconsultants/Subcontractors or similar Persons relating to the performance of Services constitutes confidential information (“Confidential Information”) of Board. Consultant agrees that it will not use in any way, for its own account or the account of any Third-Party, nor disclose to any Third-Party (except as required by Applicable Laws), any of Board’s Confidential Information and will take reasonable precautions to protect its confidentiality.
