Posting Schedules. The University agrees to post a four (4) week schedule (two (2) firm, two (2) for information).
Posting Schedules. 1. Schedule Posting Date - Schedules of starting times and quitting times, and day off of Regular Employees, will be posted by the fifteenth (15th), except *nursing service will be posted by the twenty-second (22nd) in advance of the month, subject to emergency situations, and as much advance notice of overtime requirements will be given as permitted by operational circumstances. Employees are responsible for checking their monthly schedules once posted.

The Employer shall post the schedules of work at least two weeks in advance, but this shall not restrict the Employer in adjusting the schedule with less notice when service requirements of the Employer necessitate.. The Employer agrees to promptly notify the employee involved when a change in the posted schedule is made.
Posting Schedules. Work schedules will be posted in the electronic scheduling system at least fourteen (14) calendar days in advance of the beginning of the scheduled work period. Each schedule shall cover a period of a minimum of four (4) weeks.

This schedule posting requirement will be considered met by electronic posting via computer system. The schedule for the third of the three (3) weeks will be a tentative schedule only, in the nature of a forecast, but the Company will endeavor to honor this tentative schedule.

Changes made at the request of employees and agreed to by the Employer must be in writing and shall not result in premium payments by the Employer.
