PLEASE NOTE that banking transactions through Bank’s Business Online Banking Service are not made via email. Regular email is NOT secure. Customer shall not send confidential or sensitive information, such as a social security numbers, account numbers, or any Authentication Devices within the body of an email or any attachments thereto. All written notices and communications shall be sent by first class mail, postage prepaid, certified mail or via nationally recognized overnight courier and addressed to Bank at the address provided above. All such notices shall be effective upon receipt. Customer authorizes Bank to, and Customer agrees that Bank may, send any notice or communication that Bank is required or permitted to give to Customer under this Agreement, including but not limited to notice of any change to the Services or this Agreement to Customer’s business mailing address or Customer’s business email address as it appears on Bank’s records or electronically by posting the notice on Bank’s website, on or with an Account statement or via facsimile and that any such notice or communication will be effective and deemed delivered when provided to Customer in such a manner. Customer agrees to notify Bank promptly about any change in Customer’s business mailing or Customer’s business email address and acknowledges and agrees that no such change will be effective until Bank has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon such notice. Customer agrees that Bank may consider any such notice or communication as being given to all Account owners when such notice or communication is sent to any one Account owner at the last known address or email address as provided to Bank by Customer, even if such notice is returned to the Bank as undeliverable.
