Common use of Postal Disruption Clause in Contracts

Postal Disruption. Despite Section 13.2, following the occurrence and during the continuation of a postal disruption: (a) notice by registered mail shall not be deemed to be given or received; and (b) the Party giving notice shall give notice by e-mail, personal delivery, courier, or fax.
