Post Termination Subscription Software Access. Upon completion of the VaaS Term, Customer may elect to purchase additional CLKs, at then current rates, for continued Vigilant CarDetector and/or Subscription Software access. If applicable, additional network costs, at then current rates, may apply. Any continued Software Subscription access shall continue to be governed by the MCA and SLA.
