Post-Termination Notification. For the duration of his Relevant Non-compete Period or other restrictive covenant period, which ever is longer, Employee agrees to promptly notify the Company no later than five (5) business days of his acceptance of any employment or consulting engagement. Such notice shall include sufficient information to ensure Employee compliance with his non-compete obligations and must include at a minimum the following information: (i) the name of the employer or entity for which he is providing any consulting services; (ii) a description of his intended duties as well as (iii) the anticipated start date. Such information is required to ensure Employee’s compliance with his non-compete obligations as well as all other applicable restrictive covenants.
