In addition, if at any time prior to 12 months after the termination or expiration or this Engagement Letter a Transaction is consummated, or if at any time prior to 24 months after the termination or expiration of this Engagement Letter a Transaction is consummated with any party contacted regarding a Transaction during the period of this engagement, Knightsbridge will provide the Company with written notice of the parties contacted by Knightsbridge regarding a Transaction during the period of this engagement.
