Common use of Post-termination Exercisability Extension Clause in Contracts

Post-termination Exercisability Extension. Each of Executive’s then-outstanding options to purchase Shares, including but not limited to those options that have vested fully pursuant to subsection (a) above, will continue to be exercisable through the expiration of its maximum term as specified in the applicable stock option agreement, even if Executive subsequently terminates employment with the Company.

Each of Executive’s vested and then-outstanding options to purchase Shares, including but not limited to those options that have vested fully pursuant to subsection (a) above, Shares will continue to be remain exercisable through the expiration of its maximum term as specified in the applicable stock option agreement, even if Executive subsequently terminates employment with agreement (the Company“Extended Exercisability”).
