Post Study Review. Upon completion of the Interconnection Facilities Study, the Transmission Provider shall submit the final report and tender a draft GIA to the Interconnection Customer.
Post Study Review. Upon completion of the Interconnection Facilities Study the Transmission Provider shall submit the final report and tender a draft Generator Interconnection Agreement to the Interconnection Customer. Within thirty (30) Calendar Days of providing a completed Interconnection Facilities Study report to Interconnection Customer, Transmission Provider and Interconnection Customer shall review the results of the Interconnection Facilities Study.
