Common use of Post Review Clause in Contracts

Post Review. With respect to each contract not governed by paragraph 2 of this Part, the Association may, at its own discretion, carry out post review/ procurement audit of any contract awarded in accordance with this Section. The Borrower shall carry out procurement review of such contracts by independent consultant in accordance with the provision of the Borrower’s Procurement Regulations.
