Post-Probationary Faculty Clause Samples

Post-Probationary Faculty. 1. A preliminary report regarding post-probationary faculty review will be submitted to the College Administration and the Faculty Association by April 29, 1994. 2. The parties shall jointly provide instruction to the Committee concerning amendments, additions and deletions by June 6, 1994. 3. A final report will be prepared by the Committee and presented to the parties by July 7, 1994. 4. Recommendations for the post-probationary faculty review will be implemented as soon as possible following mutual agreement by the parties.
