Post-Effective Time Procedures. Subject to the provisions of Article 5 hereof, and upon return of a properly completed Correvio Share Letter of Transmittal by a registered Former Correvio Shareholder together with certificates representing Correvio Shares and such other documents as the Depositary may require, Former Correvio Shareholders shall be entitled to receive the Consideration to which they are entitled pursuant to Section 3.1(a) hereof.
