Post-Distribution Period. New News Corporation shall be liable for and shall pay (or cause to be paid) to the relevant Taxing Authority (or, in the case of Taxes in respect of any Straddle Period allocated to the Post-Distribution Period under 2.02(a)(iii), to Remainco) any Taxes of or relating to New News Corporation or any member of the New News Corporation Group for any Post-Distribution Period (including any portion of a Straddle Period that is treated as a Post-Distribution Period under Section 2.02(a)(iii)).
