Common use of Post-Distribution Date Claims Clause in Contracts

Post-Distribution Date Claims. All workers’ compensation Liabilities relating to, arising out of, or resulting from any claim by a SNI Employee or Former SNI Employee that result from an accident, incident or event occurring, or from an occupational disease which becomes manifest, on or after the Distribution Date shall be retained by SNI. All workers’ compensation Liabilities relating to, arising out of, or resulting from any claim by an EWS Employee or Former EWS Employee that results from an accident, incident or event occurring, or from an occupational disease which becomes manifest, on or after the Distribution Date shall be retained by EWS.
