Post Completion Work Sample Clauses

The 'Post Completion Work' clause defines the obligations and tasks that must be performed by one or both parties after the main transaction or project has been completed. This may include activities such as final inspections, delivery of outstanding documents, rectification of defects, or provision of ongoing support services. By clearly outlining these post-completion responsibilities, the clause ensures that all necessary follow-up actions are addressed, preventing disputes and ensuring a smooth transition after the primary agreement has been fulfilled.
