Post-Closing Plan Payments. If and to the extent any amounts accrued in respect of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019 under the Company Pension Plan or the Company Profit Sharing Plans were specifically taken into account as Indebtedness in the calculation of the Final Closing Amount, the Buyer shall, or shall cause the Company to, contribute such amounts (i) under the Company Pension Plan on or before March 27, 2020, and (ii) under the Company Profit Sharing Plans on or before April 15, 2020, in each case in accordance with the terms of each such plan.
