Common use of Positions with Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Positions with Subsidiaries. If requested by the Company and agreed upon by the Employee, the Employee agrees to serve without additional compensation if elected, nominated or appointed as an officer and/or director of the Company and any of the subsidiaries or affiliates of the Company and in one or more executive offices of any of the subsidiaries of the Company, provided that the Employee is indemnified for serving in any and all such capacities pursuant to the indemnity provisions set forth in the bylaws of such subsidiaries and/or affiliates.
