Common use of Positions and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Positions and Reporting. The Company hereby employs the ----------------------- Executive for the Employment Period as its Vice President - Legal Affairs and General Counsel on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall report directly to the President of the Company.
