Common use of Position; Location Clause in Contracts

Position; Location. You will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Medical Officer and will be responsible for such duties as are assigned to you by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) or Chief Executive Officer. This position is full-time. As an exempt salaried employee, you are expected to work the Company’s normal business hours as well as additional hours as required by the nature of your work assignments, and will not be eligible for overtime compensation. You will continue to work out of RAPT’s offices located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. Of course, the Company may change your position, duties, and work location from time to time in its discretion.
