Position Held. The City agrees that this roster shall not be made available to the public by the City, and only City employees with a legitimate need to know shall have access to the roster, and that unlisted home telephone numbers will not be shared with anyone outside the Police Department. The Labor Council shall notify the City which representative shall be designated to receive official notices from the City.
