Common use of Position; Commencement Date Clause in Contracts

Position; Commencement Date. Executive's employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall commence upon August 1, 2001 (the "Commencement Date"). As of the Commencement Date, the Company shall employ Executive, and Executive agrees to be employed by the Company, as its President, Chief Executive Officer and to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
