Common use of Poseidon Principles Clause in Contracts

Poseidon Principles. The Borrower shall, upon the request of the Agent and at the cost of the Borrower, on or before 31st July in each calendar year, supply to the Agent and the Export Credit Agency through the ECA Agent all information necessary in order for the Lenders and the Export Credit Agency to comply with their obligations under the Poseidon Principles in respect of the preceding year, including, without limitation, all ship fuel oil consumption data required to be collected and reported in accordance with Regulation 22A of Annex VI and any Statement of Compliance, in each case relating to the Ship for the preceding calendar year provided always that, for the avoidance of doubt, such information shall be "Confidential Information" for the purposes of Clause 41.1 (Confidentiality) but the Parties acknowledge that, in accordance with the Poseidon Principles, such information will form part of the information published regarding the Lenders' and the Export Credit Agency's portfolio climate alignment.

Poseidon Principles. The Borrower shall, upon the request of the Agent and at the cost of the Borrower, on or before 31st July in each calendar year, supply, or procure the supply to the Agent and Lender by the Export Credit Agency through relevant Approved Classification Society (as the ECA Agent Lender may specify), of all information necessary in order for the Lenders and the Export Credit Agency Lender to comply with their its obligations under the Poseidon Principles in respect of the preceding year, including, without limitation, all ship fuel oil consumption data required to be collected and reported in accordance with Regulation 22A of Annex VI and any Statement of Compliance, in each case relating to the Ship for the preceding calendar year provided always that, for the avoidance of doubt, such information shall be "“Confidential Information" ” for the purposes of Clause 41.1 42 (ConfidentialityConfidential Information) but the Parties acknowledge Borrower acknowledges that, in accordance with the Poseidon Principles, such information will form part of the information published regarding the Lenders' and the Export Credit Agency's Lender’s portfolio climate alignment.

Poseidon Principles. The Each Borrower shall, upon the request of the Agent any Lender and at the cost of the BorrowerBorrowers, on or before 31st 31th July 2025 in each calendar year, supply or procure the supply to the Agent and the Export Credit Agency through the ECA Agent Facility Agent/such Lender of all information necessary in order for the Lenders and the Export Credit Agency any Lender to comply with their its obligations under the Poseidon Principles in respect of the preceding year, including, without limitation, all ship fuel oil consumption data required to be collected and reported in accordance with Regulation 22A of Annex VI and any Statement of Compliance, in each case relating to the Ship owned by it for the preceding calendar year provided always that, for the avoidance of doubt, such information shall be "Confidential Information" for the purposes of Clause 41.1 45 (ConfidentialityConfidential Information) but the Parties Borrowers acknowledge that, in accordance with the Poseidon Principles, such information will form part of the information published regarding the Lenders' and the Export Credit Agencyrelevant Lender's portfolio climate alignment.
