Common use of Poseidon Principles Clause in Contracts

Poseidon Principles. The Borrowers shall, upon the request of any Lender and at the cost of the Borrowers on or before 31st July in each calendar year, supply or procure the supply (as specified by the relevant Lender) to the Facility Agent (on behalf of that Lender) of all information necessary in order for that Lender to comply with its obligations under the Poseidon Principles in respect of the preceding year, including, without limitation, all ship fuel oil consumption data required to be collected and reported in accordance with Regulation 22A of Annex VI and any Statement of Compliance, in each case relating to the Ship owned by it for the preceding calendar year provided always that, for the avoidance of doubt, such information shall be “Confidential Information” for the purposes of Clause 43 (Confidential Information) but the Borrowers acknowledges that, in accordance with the Poseidon Principles, such information will form part of the information published regarding the relevant Lender’s portfolio climate alignment.

Poseidon Principles. The Borrowers Each Borrower shall, upon the request of any Lender and at the cost of the Borrowers Borrowers, on or before 31st July in each calendar year, supply or procure the supply by the relevant Classification Society (as specified by the relevant Lender) to the Facility Agent (on behalf of that Lender) of all information necessary in order for that any Lender to comply with its obligations under the Poseidon Principles in respect of the preceding year, including, without limitation, all ship fuel oil consumption data required to be collected and reported in accordance with Regulation 22A of Annex VI and any Statement of Compliance, in each case relating to the Ship owned by it for the preceding calendar year provided always that, for the avoidance of doubt, such information shall be “Confidential Information” for the purposes of Clause 43 30.1 (Confidential Information) but the Borrowers acknowledges acknowledge that, in accordance with the Poseidon Principles, such information will form part of the information published regarding the relevant Lender’s portfolio climate alignment.

The Borrowers shall, upon the request of any Lender and at the cost of the Borrowers on or before 31st July in each calendar yearyear commencing from the calendar year of 2025, supply or procure the supply (as specified by the relevant Lender) to the Facility Agent (on behalf of that Lender) of all information necessary in order for that Lender to comply with its obligations under the Poseidon Principles in respect of the preceding year, including, without limitation, all ship fuel oil consumption data required to be collected and reported in accordance with Regulation 22A of Annex VI and any Statement of Compliance, in each case relating to the Ship owned by it for the preceding calendar year provided always that, for the avoidance of doubt, such information shall be “Confidential Information” for the purposes of Clause 43 46 (Confidential Information) but the Borrowers acknowledges acknowledge that, in accordance with the Poseidon Principles, such information will form part of the information published regarding the relevant Lender’s portfolio climate alignment.
