Common use of Portfolio Securities Clause in Contracts

Portfolio Securities. Portfolio securities of the Trust may be bought or sold by or through you and you may participate directly or indirectly in brokerage commissions or "spread" in respect of transactions in portfolio securities of the Trust; provided, however, that all sums of money received by you as a result of such purchases and sales or as a result of such participation must, after reimbursement of your actual expenses in connection with such activity, be paid over by you to or for the benefit of the Trust.
