Common use of PORTFOLIO HOLDINGS Clause in Contracts

PORTFOLIO HOLDINGS. The Adviser will not disclose, in any manner whatsoever, any list of securities held by the Portfolio, except in accordance with the Portfolio’s portfolio holdings disclosure policy.
