Portfolio Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Origination Agreement, Servicer may share any portfolio data associated with the Loans that does not contain nonpublic personal information, as that term is defined in the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, with potential and actual financing sources, Program Dealers, business partners, investors and professional advisors.
