Portable Generator. Tenant may install a portable generator within the Premises which can be plugged into the existing server room; the installation of any such portable generator shall be in compliance with Landlord’s reasonable guidelines therefore, and all applicable Laws, including, without limitation, the requirement that any such generator be properly vented and that any noise attenuation measures reasonably requested by Landlord be taken, all at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.
