PORTABLE CLASSROOMS a. A teacher shall not be assigned to teach in a portable classroom for any period longer than two consecutive years, unless the “portable” facilities were specifically designed for the teacher’s program or unless the teacher agrees to stay in the “portable”. b. It is agreed that reasonable physical standards in portable classrooms will include: i. a fire alarm connected to the main building, ii. a reasonable ventilation system, iii. P.A. communication with the main building, iv. an all weather pathway to the main building. In special circumstances, where it is mutually determined to be necessary for safety reasons, the Board will provide a telephone, or some other two-way teacher activated communication device.

PORTABLE CLASSROOMS. Normally, no teacher will be required to teach in a portable for more than two consecutive years unless the portable facilities were specifically designed for the teacher’s program or unless the teacher requests to stay in the portable.
PORTABLE CLASSROOMS. If portable classrooms are placed on District-owned, existing joint use sites, financial contributions will be recalculated within 30 days based on whichever methodology, described in Sections III.A and III.B, was originally used to determine the financial contributions of each party.
PORTABLE CLASSROOMS. The District and REEF acknowledge that REEF seeks to obtain title to thirteen (13) Portable Classrooms on eleven (11) school sites from the City of Rocklin as referred to above. During the term of this Agreement, REEF shall be permitted to maintain such Portable Classrooms at the various District sites upon which they are presently located. Custodial services, maintenance and utilities for such Portable Classrooms shall be as provided for at Sections 3, 4 and 7 above.
PORTABLE CLASSROOMS. A teacher shall be required to teach in a portable classroom for a maximum of two (2) consecutive years. At the option of the teacher, this period may be extended. This provision does not apply to portable classrooms outfitted for the purposes of specialty instruction including, but not limited to, drama, music, computer or technology education.
