POPIA. Sharing of this Deed of Sale: Each Party agrees that the others (including the Agent) may share this Agreement for all purposes related to giving effect to this Agreement. Such purposes include the obtaining of the Loan, the transfer of the Property, bond registrations and cancellations, insurance, as well municipal clearances and other certificates.
