Poor quality control. When Concessionaire fails to provide, maintain, and upgrade, as necessary, the quality of Concession merchandise or services to the satisfaction of State, as required by Article X. (Concession Operation) hereof, within fifteen (15) days from and after receipt of written notice from State to correct or cure the condition objected to; or
