POOLING, REGISTRATION AND OTHER ACTION. (A) Subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations, any Property may be pooled with other property of the Custodian's customers, like with like, and the Client is beneficially entitled to such portion of the Property that has been pooled as shall correspond to the Property deposited with the Custodian by the Client (as increased or diminished by subsequent sales, purchases, income, payments or distributions from time to time PROVIDED THAT Custodian's records shall at all times clearly indicate that portion of such pooled property which constitutes Property of the Client.
