Pool Membership Sample Clauses

Pool Membership. WCV hereby agrees that 35 pool memberships shall be offered for sale to owners of VOP at a cost of $350.00 per year per membership. An additional $100 will be collected as deposit for keys and pool passes. The $100 will be returned to the resident upon return of the keys and passes. Each membership is limited to actual family members residing at the residence. Two (2) additional guest tags are available per household with the understanding that guests will be allowed only during the week and not on weekends or holidays. The memberships shall be valid from Memorial Day until Labor Day. The memberships shall be awarded via a lottery system as determined by the Board of Trustees for VOP. Each VOP resident who is selected via the lottery system and purchases a membership, is subject to the rules and regulations for the pool as established by the WCV Board of Trustees, including, but not limited to, the wearing of a pool ID tag that will be assigned to each individual. The pool memberships are non-transferrable and will expire at the end of the 2015 pool season.
