Pool Management. The HRARA Board of Directors has delegated Premier Pool Management the responsibility of day to day management of the order, safety, and cleanliness in and around the pool area; supervision of operating staff; and enforcement of rules, regulations and fees established by the Board of Directors. The Pool Manager or representatives are in charge of the pool facility at all times. The Pool Management staff will close the pool if necessary to conduct maintenance or to decontaminate the pool. At such times, the Pool Management staff will bar entrance to the pool enclosure.
