Common use of Pool Description Clause in Contracts

Pool Description. The Pool is a set of items listed in Exhibit 4 corresponding to repairable LRU available at the time of entry into force of this Agreement. Upon Company’s reasonable request, the Provider agrees to update the list of spare parts included in the Pool to take into account any relevant Aircraft technical modification, if applicable.
