Polymer Stock. Requisite Lenders consent and acknowledge that the Polymer Stock Sale is permitted under Section 6.8(c) of the Credit Agreement, and direct Agent, in connection with the Polymer Stock Sale, to release all Liens held by Agent which have attached or otherwise encumber the Polymer Stock.
