Pollution Control Revenue Bonds. The Borrower assumed certain obligations of Montana Power regarding pollution control revenue bonds. The pollution control bonds are issued by various counties and municipalities, although they are secured by isolated electric generating facilities owned by the Borrower, subject to the rights of the outstanding bondholders under the Montana Mortgage Indenture and the South Dakota Mortgage Indenture.
