Common use of Polls Clause in Contracts

Polls. If demanded by any Unitholder at a meeting of Unitholders or required by Applicable Laws, any question at such meeting shall be decided by a poll. A poll so demanded shall be taken in such manner as the chairman shall direct. Upon a poll each Person present shall be entitled, in respect of the Units which the Unitholder is entitled to vote at the meeting upon the question, to one vote for each Unit held and the result of the poll so taken shall be the decision of the Unitholders upon the said question.
