Common use of POLICYHOLDER’S DUTIES Clause in Contracts

POLICYHOLDER’S DUTIES. The Policyholder shall notify the Insurer as soon as possible of any notice that they have received regarding the occurrence of an event which may cause a Claim against them covered under this policy or of the receipt of any request or Claim in respect of such event. The Policyholder shall notify the Insurer as soon as possible in writing of any defect in a Product or circumstances which may cause a Loss.
