POLICY SCOPE. 2.1. This Policy applies to all Planning Agreements that Council might enter into with a landowner or developer who has sought to change an environmental planning instrument (i.e. planning proposal), made or proposes to make a development application or application for complying development certificate for land within the Central Coast local government area (LGA). 2.2. This Policy covers personnel employed by Council; any person or organisation contracted to or acting on behalf of Council; and any person or organisation employed to work on Council premises or facilities and all activities of the Council.
